His parents were immigrants of Bari, Italy who came to the states and brought some amazing recipes with them. 		<description><![CDATA[D’Allesandro’s pizza has become a staple restaurant of the Elliottborough neighborhood  since it’s arrival in june of 2006.  Benny and Nick D’Allesandro noticed the need for an affordable restaurant in the area after living there for over 10 years.  When asked why Elliottborough, Benny responded in his normal care free tone, “I got tired of walking a mile for some decent food.”  When it comes to the restaurant business Nick and Benny are far from care free.  They make it their mission to provide the Cannonborough-Elliottborough area with high quality food at affordable prices.]]></description>
